Our affiliated businesses

Homestead & Co LLC (the real estate brokerage behind this website) has ownership relationships with the following companies. Because of those relationships, a referral to one of them may provide a financial or other benefit to Homestead & Co LLC or its owners.

• Liberty Link Group (libertylinkgroup.com) — an insurance agency. If you buy a home with us, we may offer to have Liberty Link Group prepare a homeowner’s insurance quote for you.
• HCO Leasing (hcoleasing.com) — a property management and leasing company. If you own rental property or are looking to lease, we may recommend HCO Leasing.

You are never required to use them

You are not required to use Liberty Link Group, HCO Leasing, or any other company we recommend as a condition of buying, selling, or leasing a home with us, or of any other service we provide. There are frequently other providers offering similar services. You are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and rates for your needs, and choosing a different provider will never affect the service you receive from us.

Insurance referrals and your consent

We only send your information to Liberty Link Group for an insurance quote with your permission. Declining is always an option, and any licensed insurance agency of your choosing can quote your coverage.
