Homestead & Co Agent Portal

The web application our agents and staff use to run their real estate business.

The Homestead & Co Agent Portal is a web application built and operated by Homestead & Co LLC, a licensed Oklahoma real estate brokerage. Our agents and staff sign in to it to manage their real estate transactions from contract to closing — tracking deadlines and documents, sending paperwork for electronic signature, working their buyer and seller leads, scheduling appointments, and seeing their commissions and production.

It is the system our brokerage runs on. It is not a consumer product and it is not sold to the public: there is no public sign-up, and an account is issued by the brokerage to its own agents and staff, and to the agents and staff of the affiliated companies we operate. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you want our main website instead.

What it does

What agents do in the portal

One application instead of five that do not talk to each other.

Transactions

Every deal from contract to close — key dates, documents, compliance review, and status in one record.

Contacts and leads

Buyer and seller leads, the conversation history behind each one, and the follow-up an agent owes them.

Documents and e-signature

Buyer-broker agreements, listing paperwork, and disclosures drafted, sent for signature, and stored on the deal.

Commissions

Splits, disbursement authorizations, and payouts, calculated from the deal rather than tracked by hand.

Scheduling

Closings, inspections, walk-throughs, showings, and interviews, optionally placed on the agent’s own Google Calendar.

Reporting

Production, goals, and standings, so an agent can see where their business actually stands.

Google account

Connecting a Google Account

Optional, per person, and revocable at any time.

An agent or staff member using the portal may choose to connect their own Google account so that appointments created in the portal — closings, inspections, walk-throughs, showings, listing appointments, and recruiting interviews — land on their Google Calendar, and so the other participants receive a calendar invitation.

When you connect, we request a single Google permission: Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar). We use it only to list your calendars so you can pick which one an appointment belongs on, check your free/busy times so we can warn you before scheduling over an existing commitment, and create, reschedule, or cancel the appointments you make in the portal. We request no Gmail, Drive, or Contacts permission.

Connecting is optional — the portal works without it. You can disconnect at any time from your profile settings inside the portal, or from your Google Account security settings, and we revoke the connection when someone leaves the brokerage. What we do with Google user data, and the limits we accept on it, are set out in full in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. Use of the portal is governed by our Terms of Service.
