$34 a month, or included on the Part I monthly plan once you are licensed.

Our online continuing education courses are written and filed with the Commission.
Homestead agents take continuing education and training free.

The first-closing credit
On the one-time plan, we credit the full $199 back out of your first closing with us.
You do not need to join the brokerage to take any course.
