These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and of services provided by Homestead & Co LLC. By engaging our services or using our websites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Homestead & Co LLC provides residential real estate brokerage services in Oklahoma, including representing buyers and sellers, listing properties, transaction coordination, and related services. Our agents are licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.

2. Agency relationships

Agency relationships (buyer agency, seller agency, transaction brokerage) are established in writing through agreements such as the Buyer Broker Agreement, Listing Agreement, and Disclosure of Brokerage Services. The terms of those agreements govern the specific services we provide to you. Nothing on this website — including home value estimates, market statistics, or listing information — creates an agency relationship by itself.

3. Website content; no appraisal

Listing data, sold records, market statistics, and home value estimates on this website are provided for informational purposes only, are not guaranteed accurate, and are not an appraisal of any property. Some listing content is supplied by participating multiple listing services; see our Copyright & DMCA policy for how MLS content is handled.

4. Electronic records and signatures

By using our portal or signing documents through our electronic signature system, you consent to conduct business electronically and agree that electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Oklahoma Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). You may request paper copies of any document at any time.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including website analytics and advertising measurement.

6. SMS / text message programs

Homestead & Co LLC operates three separate SMS programs. You consent to each program separately at the point you provide your mobile number for that program. Consent to one program is not consent to the others, and consent to any program is not a condition of any purchase, listing, or employment.

Program 1 — Client transaction messages.

When you provide your mobile number on a Homestead client form (for example, a buyer broker agreement, a transaction intake form, or a driver’s license verification request), you consent to receive transactional text messages from Homestead & Co LLC related to your real estate transaction. Examples include: notifications that a document is ready to sign, secure links to upload identification, closing date reminders, and questions from your assigned agent or transaction coordinator. Frequency varies by transaction; expect 1–10 messages over the course of a typical transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Program 2 — Employee and agent communications.

When a Homestead employee, agent, or contractor provides their mobile number on an internal form (for example, an onboarding intake or roster update), they consent to receive operational text messages from Homestead & Co LLC related to employment. Examples include: shift coverage requests, internal announcements, broker advisories, and time-sensitive operational alerts. Frequency varies; expect 1–4 messages per week on average. Program 3 — New-hire onboarding.

When a candidate accepts an offer with Homestead & Co LLC and provides their mobile number on the onboarding intake form, they consent to receive onboarding text messages from Homestead & Co LLC. Examples include: links to onboarding tasks, reminders to complete licensing or compliance steps, and meeting confirmations during the first 30 days. Frequency: roughly 1–5 messages per week, tapering off after the onboarding window closes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

General terms applicable to all three programs.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Supported carriers: all major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers).

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homestead & Co LLC’s liability arising from or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service at issue. Homestead & Co LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
