Responsibilities

• Guide sellers through every step of the real estate transaction — from first conversation to closing day.

• Prospect and follow up with leads provided by Homestead & Co, as well as cultivate your own sphere of influence.

• Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and comparative market analyses (CMAs).

• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients with confidence and care.

• Stay current on Oklahoma City metro market trends, neighborhood data, and MLS activity.

• Collaborate with our in-house team — coordinators, marketing, and leadership — to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Maintain accurate records and communicate proactively with all parties throughout a transaction.

Qualifications

• Show good organizational and time management skills

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

• Past sales experience is preferred

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

• Great communication and social skills

Compensation

$80,000 - $105,000
