Start with the decisions that matter to you
Write down your preferred areas, price range, must-have features, and timing. Separate the things a home must have from the things you could change later. If you are financing, talk with a lender about a comfortable total monthly payment before you narrow the list.
Compare homes using the same criteria
Use location, price, beds, and baths to begin. Add specific filters only when they matter to you. Switch between the list and map to compare locations, and check the current status on each listing before planning a visit.
Keep your short list together
Save homes and searches to come back to them. Use Share on a listing to send its direct link to the people making the decision with you. Saves on this device are different from an account that carries them between devices.
Ask questions before the showing
Use Request a showing on the property page, or ask a question about that home. Tell us your timing and the details you want to confirm. A request is not a confirmed appointment; we will coordinate the next step with you.
