What You'll Do

• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction — from first conversation to closing day.

• Prospect and follow up with leads provided by Homestead & Co, as well as cultivate your own sphere of influence.

• Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and comparative market analyses (CMAs).

• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients with confidence and care.

• Stay current on Oklahoma City metro market trends, neighborhood data, and MLS activity.

• Collaborate with our in-house team — coordinators, marketing, and leadership — to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Maintain accurate records and communicate proactively with all parties throughout a transaction.

What We're Looking For

• Active Oklahoma real estate license — or actively working toward one (we'll point you in the right direction).

• A self-starter mindset: you're motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.

• Strong communication and people skills — this business runs on relationships.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Comfort with technology and digital tools (CRM, MLS, e-signature platforms).

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
