Start your real estate career
A clear path to your Oklahoma license — and a brokerage ready to launch your career the day you pass.
How it works
From curious to closing, in four steps
Two of these are things you do; two are things we do with you. You can start at step one today — the conversation can wait until you want it.
Get licensed
Oklahoma requires 90 hours of pre-license education. We teach our own Commission-approved course, fully online and self-paced, so you can start tonight instead of waiting on a class schedule.
See the course — $300 →Pass your exam
The course ends with the required final exam, and we help you prepare for the state and national portions so you walk into the testing center ready.
Talk with us
Before you enroll, mid-course, or after you pass — whenever you like, we sit down and map what a career here would actually look like for you. No pressure, and no obligation attached to the course.
Start a conversation →Launch with a team
Join Homestead with live leads, coaching, and the full tech stack from your first week — and we credit your $300 tuition back out of your first closing with us.
Why start here
Most new agents wash out because they start alone
The first year is the hard one, and the usual version of it is a license, a desk fee, and no pipeline. Our Team Member path exists to remove that — live leads routed to you, a proven process to follow, and a team lead accountable for your ramp.
Ready now?
The 90 hours start whenever you do
Homestead runs its own pre-license course — the 90-hour Basic Course of Real Estate, approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (course approval no. 3005725). Fully online and self-paced, with instructor support and the required final exam. It is $300, and we credit that back out of your first closing if you start your career with us.
