Meet Hank

Want your own Hank?

Hank is the AI transaction assistant Homestead & Co agents work with. He works for one brokerage per market. If he just sent you paperwork on a deal, you have already seen him work.

What you just saw

The other side of the deal, handled

If Hank emailed you, this is what was going on behind it.

The paperwork, the moment it was signed

No waiting on someone to remember to send it. When our client signs, the executed copy is on its way to you.

The next date on the deal

Every email carries the next deadline, so neither side has to dig through the contract to find it.

A reply that reaches a person

Hitting reply goes straight to the agent. Hank keeps the agent in the loop; he never stands between you.

The email itself

This is the whole pitch

Not a screenshot of a dashboard — the email an agent on the other side of one of our deals actually receives, the first time Hank writes to them.

From Hank for Sarah Jones <[email protected]> Reply-to Sarah Jones Subject 123 Oak St: Executed Purchase Agreement

Hi Mike,

I’m Hank, Sarah Jones’s AI transaction assistant at Homestead & Co. I’ll send you documents for 123 Oak St as soon as they’re ready, so you’re never waiting on paperwork.

Next date: Option period ends Thursday, Sept 18

Questions? Just hit reply and it goes straight to Sarah.

Hank · AI Assistant to Sarah Jones
Homestead & Co

He says he is AI in the first sentence. Nobody is tricked into thinking they are writing to a person, and the reply still lands with Sarah.

The next date is on every email. Neither agent has to open the contract to find it.

Nothing in it is selling you anything. Hank’s email is transaction work — no pitch, no links. You are here because a person sent you here, and that is deliberate.

What he does for our agents

An assistant who already knows your deals

Hank works inside the Homestead agent portal, so he starts from the contract, the dates and the documents that are already there.

Answers questions about your own deals

Text or email him and ask when a deal closes or what is still outstanding. He answers from your records in the portal, and only yours.

Files what you forward him

Forward a signed PDF or a photo of a document and he puts it on the right deal. If he cannot tell which deal, he asks rather than guesses.

Drafts the mid-deal paperwork

Amendments and the other forms a deal needs along the way, filled in from the contract and staged for you. Nothing goes out on his word alone. You review it, then you send it.

Sends documents where they need to go

To the other agent, the title company or the lender, once you confirm.

Knows when to hand it to a person

When something is beyond him, he says so and puts it in front of someone on our team instead of making something up.

How he works

Nothing goes out on his word alone

The questions every agent asks about an AI touching their transactions, answered before you have to ask them.

He proposes. You send.

Every document and every message is staged for the agent and waits there. Nothing reaches a client, a co-op agent or a title company until a licensed person confirms it.

He only sees your deals.

He answers from your records, fenced to you and your brokerage. He is not reading the office’s mail to answer your question.

He is openly AI.

He introduces himself as AI, signs as AI, and carries the brokerage license number and office address on every email. No one is misled about who wrote it.

He would rather ask than guess.

When a document does not match a deal, or a request is beyond him, he says so and hands it to a person. A wrong answer delivered confidently is the one thing we will not ship.

Straight answer

What he doesn't do

Everything above is live today. Here is the other half, because you are going to find out anyway.

  • He doesn’t write your offers. Mid-deal paperwork, yes. The contract that starts the deal, no.
  • He doesn’t call anyone. He works over text and email.
  • He doesn’t replace your judgment. He is a coordinator, not a licensee. Every decision on a deal is still yours.
  • He doesn’t run your whole business. He handles the transaction. Prospecting, showings and the client relationship are yours.

The catch

One brokerage per market

Hank is an advantage, and an advantage everyone has is not one. So he works for a single brokerage in any given market. In the Oklahoma City metro, that brokerage is us.

If you sell in the OKC metro

You can’t buy him here. You can come work with him.

Edmond, Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, Deer Creek, Nichols Hills, Midwest City — Hank already works for Homestead & Co agents in your market, and he is not going to work for two brokerages in the same one. The way to get him is to hang your license here.

If you sell anywhere else

Then we are not competitors — and he could work for you.

Outside our market we will license Hank and the platform he runs on, and we will hold your market the way we hold ours: one brokerage, not the shop down the street from you. Tell us where you sell and we will tell you straight whether your market is open.

Tell us where you sell

One answer decides the conversation: inside our market it is a career conversation, outside it is a licensing one. Either way a person reads this, not Hank.

We use this to answer you, and for nothing else. No list, no drip.
