For brokerages

The platform behind Hank

One operating system for transactions, compliance, CRM, phone, AI coordination, social, recruiting — and an optional school. Built at Homestead. Licensed one market at a time.

What ships

What you stop buying separately

Most brokerages rent a dozen tools that do not share a deal file. Homestead runs those lanes in one portal.

Transactions, forms & e-sign

Start a deal, mid-deal amendments, counters, disclosures, and client signing in one place — the Dotloop / SkySlope / Authentisign lane.

Compliance & commissions

Broker file review, checklists, disbursement authorizations, and a real commission engine — not a spreadsheet after the fact.

CRM, phone & SMS

Pipeline, campaigns, and telephony without bolting on a separate GoHighLevel or Follow Up Boss stack.

Hank — AI transaction coordination

Deal questions, document filing, drafted paperwork behind a confirm card. One brokerage per market.

Auto social posting

Just listed, just sold, just leased, and hiring drafts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

Recruiting CRM

Candidates, pipelines, careers site, and outreach. Job-board posting reach still pairs with Wizehire when you need syndication.

The pieced stack

What it costs to assemble this for ~15 agents

Each vendor’s own published price, September 2026. One vendor per lane, and only the lanes this platform replaces — no padding, and no association-bundled “free” forms that still leave CRM, compliance, recruiting, and social unpaid.

Lane Typical vendor $/mo Basis
Transactions, forms & e-sign Dotloop Premium $525 $34.99/agent
Broker compliance & commissions TotalBrokerage $150 $10/license, $150 minimum
CRM, calling & texting Follow Up Boss Pro $744 $499 for 10 users + $49/user
Transaction-coordinator workflows Open To Close Pro $199 One user (your TC); +$69/user
Auto social posting Xara Brokerage $329 $129 for 5 agents + $20/agent
Recruiting CRM Brokerkit Core $199 Three recruiting seats
Pieced stack total $2,146 ~$143/agent

Sources: each vendor’s pricing page, checked September 2026, monthly billing (several are lower billed annually). Vendors that only quote privately are left out rather than guessed. Hank has no line of his own here. Your association may cover forms and e-sign; the rest of the stack usually does not go away. Product names are trademarks of their owners; Homestead is not affiliated with any of them.

Indicative plans

Platform first. School as an add-on.

Indicative bands, not a live checkout. We open the platform one market at a time, and the price is confirmed when your market opens.

Brokerage Platform

$699–$999 per month

Indicative band for a mid-size office (~15 seats). Covers the operating system Hank runs on.

  • Transactions, e-sign, compliance, commissions
  • CRM, telephony, campaigns, auto social
  • Hank AI coordination (one brokerage per market)
  • Recruiting CRM + careers site
  • Usage (SMS / voice / numbers) billed separately at cost-plus

School add-on

~$400 per month + state setup

Your brokerage’s real estate school on our LMS — not buried inside the platform fee.

  • 90-hour pre-license course platform (live for Oklahoma today)
  • 45-hour post-license course on the same LMS
  • Branded student experience, certificates, Stripe checkout
  • Per-state content and regulator approval are a one-time build
  • Student tuition stays your revenue (or ours, if you prefer)

The math we are willing to put on the page

The pieced stack for ~15 agents: $2,146/mo (~$143/agent). Homestead Brokerage Platform target: $699–$999/mo for that shape of office — 53–67% under the pieced bill, before the school add-on. The School add-on sits under Whiz by LinQ’s published starting price for a school LMS ($465/mo), plus a one-time state content and approval build.

School

90-hour pre-license and 45-hour post-license

Homestead runs both Oklahoma courses on this LMS — the 90-hour pre-license and the 45-hour post-license, each approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. For your brokerage, we stand up your school: branded, checkout-ready, regulator-aware.

Pre-license

Distance education with chapters, quizzes, final exam, certificates, and Stripe (one-time or monthly). Live today for Oklahoma as The Real Estate Learning Center.

See the Oklahoma student page

Post-license

The mandatory 45-hour provisional post-license course, Commission-approved in Oklahoma, on the same LMS — practice-first content, same student experience. Other states approve their own courses.

Sold as part of the School add-on, not as a free platform include.

The catch

One brokerage per market

Same rule as Hank. An advantage everyone has is not one.

If you sell in the OKC metro

You join Homestead. You do not buy the platform here.

Edmond, Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, Deer Creek, Nichols Hills, Midwest City — the platform already runs for Homestead & Co. The path in is a license with us, not a second shop on the same stack.

If you sell anywhere else

Then you can hold your market.

We open the platform one market at a time. Join the waitlist and we will say whether your market is open, then walk the platform and school add-on against the stack you pay for today.

Waitlist

Join the waitlist

Tell us where you sell. Geography decides whether this is a career conversation or a place on the list — one brokerage per market.

We use this to answer you and to tell you when your market opens. Nothing else, no drip.
